Istanbul Nightlife: Clubs & Bars
That white stuff in the third pick is smoke. This has got to be the most smoke friendly place I've ever been in my life. I mean you are a weirdo if you don't smoke out here. The foggy mist in the first 2 pics is probably smoke too.
